Accessibility statement

A job search shouldn't depend on how you see, hear, move or read. Here is what we aim for, how we check it, and where we fall short.

Last reviewed October 24, 2026.

Our target

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the public site and the studio.

How we check

  • Every code change runs an automated browser test suite that checks the public pages and the main studio flows against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules, and the suite fails on any serious or critical problem.
  • The same suite checks layouts at phone width for overlapping and clipped content.
  • Controls are built to be reached and used from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline.

What works today

  • Pages use real headings, landmarks and labels, and a skip link jumps past the navigation.
  • Text and controls are checked for AA contrast, and pages reflow to fit small screens.
  • Motion is reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Interview practice can be typed instead of spoken, and typed practice can read each question aloud.
  • Status is never shown by color alone: supported, partly and not shown are always written out.

Known limitations

  • Voice mock interviews need a microphone. Typed practice covers the same questions.
  • Automated tests catch many problems but not all of them. We haven't yet completed a full audit with assistive-technology users.

For programs and procurement

A conformance report is available on request. Ask through the pilot request form or by email.
